"Street talk" with Steve in Ballarat

Steve was chatting to locals in Ballarat about the shortage of doctors in regional Victoria. Under a FAMILY FIRST policy Victoria will get 200 new doctors that will see these new doctors working at least 10-years in the public health system, with four of those 10 years in regional Victoria.
