FAMILY FIRST condemns Labor’s inquiry into exorbitant petrol prices. This is simply a stunt. There have been almost 50 inquiries over the past 20 years!

FAMILY FIRST welcomes the Government’s announcement of a National Filter Scheme to help protect children from Internet pornography.
But FAMILY FIRST is disappointed the Government has failed to deliver mandatory filtering at the Internet Service Provider (ISP) level.
Do Not Call Register Bill 2006

FAMILY FIRST opposes special treatment for politicians with donations to political parties being tax deductible.
This is just a money grab by politicians and political parties feathering their own nests.
(Eectoral Integrity and Other Measures) Bill 2006
FAMILY FIRST strongly opposes the ACT’s Civil Unions Act 2006.
For this reason we also strongly oppose the disallowance of the instrument disallowing the Civil Unions Act 2006.
Almost a year ago FAMILY FIRST raised concerns about the Australian Parliament importing paper from the United Kingdom.

FAMILY FIRST is pleased the Government has responded to our calls to crack down on violent and pornographic content which is ruining our children’s minds.
FAMILY FIRST wants the Government to acknowledge the importance of small business by making the Small Business Minister a Cabinet Minister.
The most important decisions are made around the Cabinet table yet the Small Business Minister – because they are a junior minister - isn’t there!
